Yes. The process is non-contact: nothing touches your eye, and the photograph is created using a camera and controlled studio lighting. Please mention any light sensitivity or eye condition before the session so the process can be adjusted or paused whenever necessary.

Contact lenses should be removed before the photograph whenever practical because they can introduce reflections or affect the visible detail of the iris. Coloured or cosmetic lenses must be removed because they conceal the natural iris pattern. If you wear lenses that cannot easily be removed for medical reasons, mention this before booking so suitability can be confirmed.

Allow approximately 20–30 minutes for one person, 30–45 minutes for a couple and up to one hour for a family session. The exact duration can vary if additional irises are photographed or if someone needs more time to become comfortable with the light and camera position.

There is no strict age limit, but the person must be able to follow simple instructions, remain reasonably still and keep an eye open briefly for the photograph. Children are generally suitable from around six years old, although this is considered individually. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian.

The professionally enhanced digital artwork is normally delivered through a private online gallery within 10 working days of the session. If a more complex combined composition requires additional editing time, the expected delivery date will be explained to you.

Yes. Your package includes the stated high-resolution digital files, and printed artwork or canvas options can be ordered separately. The most suitable size and finish can be discussed after you have viewed the completed composition.
